Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All products and services offered through our network are digital in nature — including file conversions, press materials, and launch kits. Once work has begun or files have been delivered, they cannot be physically returned.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate Payment or Accidental Purchase — If you were charged more than once or purchased the same service twice, we will issue a full refund.
• Non‑Delivery of Service — If you have placed an order and have not received initial delivery or communication within the stated turnaround window (typically 48–96 business hours), contact us within 7 days for review and refund eligibility.
• Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts) — If you cancel before production or file processing begins, you may receive a 90% refund (10% covers processor and admin costs).

Non‑Refundable Conditions

• Once file conversion, writing, design, or accessibility work has begun, refunds are no longer guaranteed.
• Files that have been approved, downloaded, or distributed are final and non‑refundable.
• Change‑of‑mind, preference, or third‑party incompatibility issues are not valid refund reasons.

Revision Policy

Each digital product includes one round of light revisions (grammar, layout, metadata adjustments) within 7 days of delivery. Additional edits or reworks will be quoted as a new service.

Delivery & Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48–96 business hours after intake materials and payment are received (rush options may be available). Delivery is via secure download or email.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include order number, purchase email, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Attach any relevant files or screenshots.

Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Platforms such as OfferLab and Stripe may apply their own transaction timelines.

Legal & Compliance

We comply with applicable consumer and digital‑goods regulations. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have. For affiliate sales, commissions are reversed automatically on refunded orders.
